NEW TEAM CHALLENGES AVAILABLE. Get up to 2, 5, 10 or even more people doing the push ups to reach the daily goal. Get together with friends and smash out some fitness for a good cause. You can do them on your knees✅ or Toes✅

A. The Greatest 1000 push ups / each day for 30 days per person (named after Muhammed Ali)
B. The Hands of Stone 500 push ups / each day for 30 days per person (named after Roberto Duran)
C. The Smokin 250 push ups / each day for 30 days per person (named after Smokin' Joe Frazer)
D. The Raging Bull 100 push ups / each day for 30 days per person (named after Jake Lamotta)
E. Stay hard TEAM Challenge. Gather a few mates together and pick your total out of the above for the push up goal. Do 30days of pushups - combine together and fundraise together. All participants will be winners. Name your own team and register with us.
