Getting Started - Beginners Introduction

Don't know where to start or what to do at Boxfit Studio contact us and book in a time to have a free 15 minute consultation so we can help suggest what would suit you best.  

If you're a total beginner wanting to participate in our Boxfit Studio Classes we require you to do the BEGINNER'S INTRODUCTION This includes 3 x 45 minute Personal Training Sessions with a qualified trainer we will provide you with boxing gloves if you don't have your own pair (hand wraps) can be purchased from us.  

These sessions help give you the foundation and confidence to attend our classes. Learn the easy A, B, C of boxing, how to throw punches from head guard, stance, moving and learning to throw boxing combinations.  Learn our specific punch sequence (only specific to Boxfit Studio.
