Kids Class: 45min duration

Beginners Class: Learn your basic boxing style, mastering correct punching and learning how to dance like a boxer, putting punching combos together. Get fit and loose weight fast. Duration 30 minutes.
Boxfit Class: Partner up for pad workout and learn combo's like a boxer. A fun class for the beginner or the seasoned athlete. Challenging core exercises plus good cardio, either challenge yourself or work at your own pace. Duration varied.
Bag Blitz: Work drills and combinations on the bag, finish with core workout. Blow out with a quick explosive workout on the punch bags, wind down with tightening of the abs. Duration 30 minutes (medium - advance fitness required)
Fitness & Crossfit Challenge: Limited to gym members only. Group training, Indoor/Outdoor training designed to all aspects of your health and fitness. 8 week challenge. Must be a full member to take this class, to join click here now!
Advanced: For Boxers Only - Defence drills, sparring, fitness, pads, bag work and shadow sparring. Must talk to trainer before taking part, must have correct training equipment.
Community Youth:
Only for specially selected youth, Privately run Class.
Kids Class: Cross training/strength and boxing class for boys aged between 9 - 13 years old Duration 50 minutes.
